You may request permanent deletion of your Bodine Math account and associated personal information.
This page applies to accounts used on BodineMath.com and in the Bodine Math mobile application.
Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you may lose access to:
The Bodine Math website and mobile app
AI tutor features
Practice and ACT-preparation features
Membership content
Tutor conversation history
Try Cycle and Quit Pit information
Saved learning activity
Account and membership history
This information generally cannot be recovered after deletion.
Deleting your Bodine Math account and canceling a paid subscription are separate actions.
Deleting your account does not necessarily stop recurring charges from Google Play or a website payment provider.
Before requesting deletion, cancel any subscription you no longer want renewed.

The cancellation page may display multiple memberships. Review each membership carefully before canceling.
If you subscribed through the Android app, manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play:

You must be signed into the Google account used to purchase the subscription.
Removing the Bodine Math app from your phone does not cancel a subscription.
Canceling a membership does not delete your Bodine Math account.
Open the Bodine Math app.
Select Account.
Select Delete Account.
Review the deletion and subscription information.
Confirm your request.
Complete any required identity verification.
Use the secure account-deletion form below.
Do not enter your password or payment-card information in the deletion form.

Send the request from the email address associated with the Bodine Math account whenever possible.
Include:
Your name
The email address associated with the account
A statement confirming that you want the account permanently deleted
Do not send your password, complete payment-card number, Google password, or Apple password.
We may send a verification email before processing the request. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion.
We will never ask you to send your Bodine Math password by email.
If we cannot verify that you control the account, we may ask for additional non-sensitive information associated with it.
After a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable information associated with the account, including:
WordPress user account
Name and email address associated with the account
App sessions and connected devices
Tutor conversation history
Try Cycle and Quit Pit information
Saved learning activity
Account-linked analytics
Membership access records that are not required for financial recordkeeping
Uploaded homework images retained by Bodine Math
AI-response reports connected to the account, when they are no longer needed for safety or compliance
Stored connections between the account and the mobile application
Deletion applies to information controlled by Bodine Math.
Information independently maintained by Google Play, payment providers, YouTube, Vimeo, or other third parties is governed by those providers’ policies.
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for:
Payment and transaction records
Tax and accounting requirements
Refunds and payment disputes
Fraud prevention
Security investigations
Compliance with legal obligations
Documentation that a deletion request was completed
When possible, retained records will be separated from the deleted learning profile or anonymized.
Aggregated or deidentified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may also be retained.
We generally complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days.
We will contact you if:
We need additional information to verify the request
A legal requirement prevents immediate deletion of a particular record
Additional time is reasonably necessary to complete the request
You may lose access to the account as soon as deletion begins.
After the account is deleted:
You will be signed out of Bodine Math.
Existing app sessions will stop working.
You will no longer have access to membership features.
Learning history associated with the account will no longer be available.
Prior purchases may not automatically transfer to a future account.
The deleted account generally cannot be restored.
Creating a new account later will not restore deleted tutor history, learning activity, or membership information.
