Checkout Tracker Privacy Policy

Checkout Tracker is provided by Bodine Math LLC. It helps teachers manage classroom supplies, student rosters, item checkouts, and returns on iPhone and iPad.
Information stored on your device
Checkout Tracker stores the information you enter locally on your device, including:
- Class periods and group names.
- Student names.
- Inventory categories, item names, and numbering.
- Current checkout assignments and checkout dates.
These records are not transmitted to Bodine Math LLC or a developer-operated server. Each device maintains its own records. Checkout Tracker does not synchronize records between devices.
Your device’s backup services may include app data according to your device and Apple account settings.
CSV roster imports
You may optionally import student names from a CSV file selected through the system file picker. Checkout Tracker reads the selected file, lets you choose the name columns, and displays a preview before importing.
The app stores the imported names locally. It does not upload the roster file or retain ongoing access to it after reading.
Device permissions
Checkout Tracker does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, location, or contacts. File access is limited to files you select for roster import.
Accounts, purchases, analytics, and advertising
Checkout Tracker is free to use. It has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertisements, third-party analytics SDKs, or app account registration.
Bodine Math LLC does not collect student rosters, inventory records, or checkout assignments through the app.
External links
The About tab includes links to the Bodine Math website and an email support contact. Opening these links uses your device’s browser or email application.
The website, email provider, and Apple services operate under their respective privacy policies. Information you provide through those services is separate from the classroom records stored within Checkout Tracker.
Support
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. We use that information to respond to your request and troubleshoot issues.
When you email support@bodinemath.com, your message is delivered to a dedicated support folder in our business email account. We delete support emails within 12 months after your request is resolved.
Please use fictional names in screenshots and examples. Do not send real student rosters or other sensitive student information.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or remove records within the app. Checked-out items must be returned before related items, students, or periods can be removed.
Deleting the app removes its locally stored records. Copies may remain in system backups, which you manage through your device and Apple account settings. Restoring a backup may restore previously saved app records.
Because Checkout Tracker does not create accounts or store classroom records on a developer-operated server, there is no online account or server-side classroom data to delete.
